At Green Mountain United Methodist Church, ministry is how we live out Christ’s call to love God and our neighbors through every season of life. From the youngest children to older adults, ministries are designed to help people belong, grow in faith, and serve together.

Children are woven into the life of worship and learning—from Sunday School to participating in worship and joining in chimes and bells. Our Youth Group community blends laughter, honest conversation, and hands‑on service so students can explore faith, build friendships, and begin living out what they believe.

As our Adult Ministry grows, it builds on this same heartbeat of learning, serving, and building relationships so that every adult can deepen faith and share God’s love in tangible ways.

Music and outreach are at the heart of how GMUMC worships and serves the wider community. Through choirs and multiple handbell groups for children and adults, people of all musical backgrounds can offer their gifts in worship and experience the joy of making music together. Our Outreach and Mission work keeps us turned outward—partnering with community organizations, sending Volunteers in Mission teams, and offering one‑to‑one care through Stephen Ministry.
